Things to do in Quarantine Period

            Hello lovelies, I hope you all are doing fine. If you all are like me, you all would also be tired of seeing images of friends and celebrities doing "productive things" in the quarantine period,  and then you look at yourself and shrink back in your shell, and think what the hell am I doing? Why am I wasting my time when people are being so productive? 
           Sometimes it is okay to slow down in life and do nothing. We constantly face competition from the people around us and it sometimes get too much. And I feel quarantine is not the period for thinking about what others are doing and then you self doubting yourself. Don't we face that enough in normal times? 
           You have to realise the power of now. The only thing that you have in hand is NOW and please don't waste that by thinking what others are doing now and then changing your schedule according to it. 
           Just be thankful for what you have now. Be grateful in life, this is seriously the best time to practice gratitude and be thankful to God for what you have now. These are some questions here, which you can answer and with that start feeling grateful in life. 
        •   What are you most grateful for today?
        •   What experience in this week are you                   most grateful for? 
        •   What friend/family member are you   
           most grateful for today?
        •  What memory in life are you most 
           grateful for?
        • What about you make you special?

           Also do some self digging as well. Wait, I will explain what is self digging. Self digging is first step  for self discovery. In self digging you ask yourself all the questions which you yourself have tried to avoid and not answer it. This seriously helps a lot, please try it.
          
          Other chill things that you can do is 
          • practice on your dancing skills
          • Read something
          • Catch up with all the series which you                 have been wanting to watch. 
          • Do some self care 
          • Start writing a journal 
          • Sleep 
          • Spend time with your family
